News from a Cotswold rural estate

We hope to share on this blog some of the things that happen at Overbury. The team & the variety of things we do. We rent some beautiful properties to live and work from & are lucky to be surrounded by a vibrant community. The rural economy is important and villages have always been places to live, work and play. We hope to share our vision and welcome comments from our readers.

Oak tree split

Sadly, one of the amazing old oak trees in the park split right down the middle last week and has lost a limb. We are hoping that the remaining upright section will be viable and can safely be left in situ once we have tidied away the fallen branches.
